I’ve followed all of the above (ie all myserach dial programmes are removed) but I still have a Mysearchdial problem: When i open up my IE browser it is all fine, but when I open up a second tab of my browser it is a Mysearchdial browser window. can you help please?

  2. Click gear at the right corner and then click Internet Options in the opened menu. Click “Tabs” button in the opened popup window and in the window for tabbed browsing click “Restore defaults” button. Then restart your web browser.

  3. Re mysearchdial toolbar, it is not in my chrome list of extensions. I cannot find it in my list of programs when I go to uninstall. How can I get rid of my search dial tool bar. thank you

  4. Thanks for your comment, Geil. Please check if you really have MySearchDial toolbar installed. It is probably only Search that is set in your web browser. Then, use the second instruction and replace URL set for MySearchDial as your search engine with Google, Bing, or one that you like. Then it should be gone.

    If the first doesn’t help, then it is possible that the program and extension for MySearch Dial toolbar is differently named. Then look for suspicious extensions installed in your Chrome that you didn’t install by yourself. Remove such extensions and programs with matching names from your computer. Pleace, let us know if you find out that MySearchDial Toolbar is installed by the instance with a different name.
